I adore working on location. From scouting to casting to assembling the crew to adjusting on the fly, I just love getting the right elements in place to nail the ask. My friends think I’m a little weird, but this part of the job truly brings me joy.
For Plated, I always tried to anticipate how each image would fit into a larger picture, how it would change when copy was added, and how to create additional images that aren’t product-centric, but still tell a valuable part of the story.
In the midst of this quick-turnaround commercial shoot, there were several photo asks that we needed to accomplish simultaneously. I’m proud of the resulting commercial, as well as this group of photos.
